Why I Don't see my Employer in Clockout?
We are currently only working with select companies for which we offer Clockout as a free employee benefit, if your employer doesn't offer Clockout yet, contact us.
Why I am not getting recent shifts in the platform?
Ensure your Time and Attendance (7Shifts, Homebase, Hotschedules, etc) system is correctly connected and up-to-date, if your homepage asks you to re-sync the connection, solve the issue by re-linking your info by clicking one button. You can also refresh your shifts in the Profile screen by pressing Refresh Shifts. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
What is Clockout?
Clockout is a platform that lets employees access their earned wages instantly, offering financial control and flexibility.
Why isn't my Email/SMS verification link working?
The link might have expired. Please request a new one. If you're still experiencing issues, contact our support team.
Is Clockout a loan?
No, Clockout is not a loan. You are only accessing your already earned wages.
What payroll systems does Clockout support?
Clockout supports 1,200+ major Payroll, Time and Attendance systems, Integrated ERPs, and Gig Working Platforms in the U.S.

How quickly can I access my money?
Once you've earned your wages, you can access them instantly through Clockout.
Can I cash out my entire paycheck with Clockout?
Limits may apply based on your employer's settings, by default Clockout users are limited to cash out up to 75% of their daily earnings. Some employers have special and preferred perks for their employees in the app, such as Tip Pool Distribution. For specific details, refer to your Clockout account.
How much does Clockout cost?
Clockout charges a flat fee per transaction. Please refer to our Pricing page for more information.
Why hasn't my cash out appeared in my account yet?
Transfers usually occur instantly but can sometimes take up to a few business hours depending on your bank. If it helps you, we can look into this if you want
Why was my cash out cancelled?
Cash outs can be cancelled due to a few reasons like an issue with your debit card or bank. Please contact our support team for any issues with Cash-Outs
Does Clockout work with prepaid debit cards?
Currently, we only support traditional bank-issued debit cards. We're continually expanding our services, so stay tuned.
Security
Is my data safe with Clockout?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure the safety of your personal data.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Can I use Clockout with multiple employers?
Currently we only allow one employer per account, in the future we will open this up and allow more than one employee per account.
Is Clockout PCI DSS Certified?
In order for us to receive your debit card credentials we need to be PCI DSS certified in the US.
How does Clockout connect to my bank?
Clockout connects securely to your bank through our third-party partner Plaid. We rely on Plaid's secure link encrypted with 128-bits to ensure all your data is safe.

Billing
When is my cash-out repayment due?
Your cash out is automatically repaid when your next paycheck arrives in your bank account.
How does Clockout track when I receive my paycheck?
Clockout uses secure connections with your bank to monitor your account for incoming paychecks, we also have your payroll data and we know exactly how much that paycheck will be.
What if my paycheck is delayed?
If your paycheck is delayed, don't worry. Clockout will only deduct the repayment when your paycheck arrives in your bank account.
Will Clockout overdraft my bank account?
No, Clockout will never cause an overdraft. We only initiate a repayment if there's enough balance in your bank account by the arrival of your paycheck.
Do I have to repay my advances manually?
No, the repayment process is automated to simplify the process. Clockout will automatically deduct the amount when your paycheck is deposited.
